Do not sell or share my personal information
California residents can read how we treat “sale” and “sharing” under the CPRA — and how to exercise your rights with us.
Who this applies to
This page is written for residents of California, USA, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If you live elsewhere, our privacy policy still describes what we collect and your broader privacy rights.
Words the law uses
- “Sell” means exchanging personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
- “Share” includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising when that disclosure is not strictly a “sale”.
Aloha does not run an ads business and does not monetise personal data. We use data to operate the product you signed up for — scheduling, analytics, and your private voice model — as described in the privacy policy.
Your choices
Even though we do not sell or share personal information in the CPRA sense, you can still:
- Ask us to confirm what categories of personal information we process.
- Request access or deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of sale/sharing — for Aloha this is effectively a confirmation that we have recorded your preference; it does not change our underlying practice because we do not sell or share.
Use the same channels as in our privacy policy: email privacy@usealoha.app from the address associated with your account (or describe the account as precisely as you can). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Authorised agents
If an authorised agent submits a request on your behalf, we may ask for proof of the agency relationship and still require you to verify your identity where the law allows.
Updates
When this notice changes materially, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, email account holders in line with our privacy policy.
